Test My Creativity - The Results

Taking The Test
The test had many sections designed to determine your creativity scale. While writing the answers to the questions it was important to not think too hard about each question and not to manipulate the answer in order to get a more creative result. The most difficult set of questions to answer asked me to write down words relating the the prompt. I think I could have added more words however I tried to complete each question within around 1 minute to get a fair test.
The Results
Compared to the dotted outline featured on the image of my results, I had a shape that favoured the left side of the graph. It shows evidence of a larger area of paradox, complexity and persistence, while having a below average boldness, curiosity, perspective, connection and abstraction. Overall, I had a score of 59.6.
Conclusion
My results were below average in creativity. This may be due to the fact that I am in only second year of a creative degree and therefore will build my skills further with more practise. The design project may help me to develop new ideas through accidental discovery, new drawing methods and collaborative work. I would like to attempt this test again at the end of this academic year to compare results and see how much I have improved.
